Fun things...

The sandbox which finally has been uncovered...
 

 We made it off-limits while the pool was open to prevent the sand from ending up in the pool. Then while the outdoor cat was around, it was left covered with the idea that *someday* we would make a proper cover for it so the kids could easily open and close it themselves.  Of course, now we're finding sand tracked all through the house, but that's a small price to pay for the hours of fun they're having.

 We're planning to leave tomorrow on a trip north to visit friends. :)  :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) (That's 12 happy people in case you're wondering...)

The iPod is loaded with a few good classic stories (isn't the internet great?) and a mountain of crates and bags are packed and waiting.  Just one more sleep and we're off. :)
