Summer...holidays?!

It isn't feeling much like a holiday yet.  So far it's been summer workdays.

It's a good thing that some of the girls have been working with Gerald and have learned a few tricks of the trade. 

Buying a used pool is like begging for more work.  A few coats of paint needed to go on the metal parts...

But that's nothing compared to preparing the site...

We're trying to do it as economically as possible, which of course means lots of manual labour.  Good thing we've been blessed with a large workforce. :)  But, oh, if we could only jump in to cool off after all that slugging!

And now, time to rest an aching back and soak some nasty blisters.
