My baby is growing up too fast. Every day she changes and learns new things. She's taken an interest in big-people food. Her newest word is momomomomomom. She does this with her lips tucked in like she's toothless. She is virtually toothless, but you know what I mean. Yesterday she learned to wave bye-bye. I love seeing her learn and grow, but I want her to stay my wee one just a bit longer. And look what is now available at our small-town grocery store:

The kids think we should shop locally from now on. Having dropjes in the house is really putting my self-discipline to the test. When someone invents authentic-tasting dubble zout dropjes that are gluten-free I will be one happy woman. I think dropjes are the only thing that I really miss because there just isn't a substitute for them.
