My Supper Helpers

Yesterday when Thomas was chopping a red pepper, someone noticed that there were people in the field across the house.  Of course, the kids went to the front window to take a turn with the binoculars (either not much happens around here or they've inherited this from someone.) Thomas faithfully stuck to the job at hand but said, "IwannaseeIwannaseeIwannasee."  I told him to go ahead and have a look.  He put his knife down, jumped off the step and hurried out of the kitchen.  He called back to me, "Megs or someone will have to finish the pepper."  :)

"You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads the grain..."
