...but we had it taken down to prevent it from coming down on the house in a storm. At this point it was even more fun to play in, with room for everyone. :)
They say firewood warms you many times over.
It really does...
Now that the weather has turned colder, we are enjoying it's cozy warmth in the stove.
Gerald spent the last couple of evenings doing some plumbing in the kitchen. One of the hoses was leaking and we were getting some water in the basement. He's not only a great painter, he's a pretty good handy-man too. We sure appreciate having the use of the kitchen tap again.
